PRIVACY NOTICE · 24 OCTOBER 2026

Your information, explained plainly.

This notice explains how Pryzil uses information when you create an account, browse a menu, place an order, or manage a restaurant workspace.

What we use

We process the account information you provide through Google or email sign-in, such as your name and email address. When you place an order, we also process the delivery address, delivery instructions, requested delivery time, order message, items and order status. Cash-on-delivery orders do not collect or store card details in Pryzil. Please do not include sensitive personal information in delivery notes.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, create and deliver your order, show its status, support the restaurant workspace, prevent duplicate orders, and keep operational records. The legal basis is generally performance of the ordering service you request, and legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and reliable.

Who receives it

The restaurant receiving an order sees the information needed to prepare and deliver it: your name, email when available, address, instructions, requested time and order message. Pryzil uses Supabase for sign-in and Azure infrastructure to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Order information is retained only while needed for the ordering service, support, fraud prevention, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Access is limited by role: kitchen teams receive preparation information, delivery teams receive fulfilment information for assigned orders, and access is logged. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid placing sensitive personal information in delivery notes.

Cookies and service storage

Pryzil currently uses only the technical storage needed for sign-in, security, and the ordering service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing trackers, we will ask for your choice before enabling them and provide a way to change that choice.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and you may object to some processing. Signed-in customers can download their operational order data or submit a deletion request in the Privacy centre. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including the CNIL in France.

Contact and service owner

Pryzil’s operating legal entity and privacy contact details must be published here before the service is opened broadly to the public. Until then, use the support channel provided with your restaurant or account to make a privacy request.

This notice describes the current product behaviour. It is not a substitute for legal advice or for the operator’s completed GDPR documentation.
